If you would like to let us manage
your caravan hire, Holiday Home or add your Hotel/B & B to our website, this is what we can offer you:
- Advertise your property rental and dates on our website and
- We post on over 100 buy and sell sites and holiday sites
daily to boost advertising.
- We will take all enquiries from potential
- Take the bookings and send deposit and booking confirmations
to the guest with information such as the key safe code and barrier number at the main entrance of Haven. We will also provide the destination address, directions, telephone numbers and contact
details to our help line.
- Our accounts department deal with all of the payments and
deposit - liaising with the cleaning department to enable damages deposits to be refunded within a few days of guests departure. They will also be responsible for transfering your payment within a
few days of the departure date.
- We have a 24/7 helpline for the guests to have access to
during their holiday. If any emergency may arise, they can rest assured that there will be someone on hand to talk to them or pay them a visit if necessary.
- We carry out all changeover cleans and launder bedding (if

- The guests will have the option to hire bedding through us,
for £25 inclusive. You will incur no costs for this and it will not be included in the 15% commission charge. If you would like beds made on arrival for ALL guests as a part of your package, we will
add the £25 to the cost of their booking so, again, you incur no cost for this, but will be included in the 15% commission charge.
- We leave a personal welcome pack out ready for the guests
arrival. This includes tea pot, mugs and spoons depending on how many adult guests are booked in, tea, coffee, milk, biscuits and sugar. Some of our clients prefer a nice home made cake from Glenmore
Bakery. We can provide what ever welcome package you require.
We will also ensure that there is a toilet roll, washing up liquid, clean dish cloth and bin bag provided at the
beginning of each Let.
- We provide a 24/7 maintenance service for any issues
which may arise. A member of our maintenance team will have initial contact with your guest and will access the situation over the phone. If a call out is required, we will have a member of staff, at
your property within 30-90 minute. The call out won't cost you anything. Once a member of maintenance has been to your property, if it is cause for concern, you will be advised of what the problem is and how much it will cost to rectify. You will then have the option to let us rectify the
problem for you or leave it for you to deal with when you are next at your property.
We cover everything needed in managing your Holiday lets, so
you don't have to.
In return for our extensive list of services, above, we
simply charge a 15% commission per booking.
Our changeover cleans are £19.
Bedding is £25 inclusive which will be added to the price of
the booking if it is required by the guest.
We would suggest that you add your caravan to www.ukcaravans4hire.com. There will be a £39 per year charge to advertise here but it will maximise your bookings. We can take this payment out of the cost of
your first booking if it's easier for you.
This will also give you access to the bookings diary. We will
send you the login details so you can see all details of bookings and add any of your own dates if you need to.
We will also need to purchase a portable key safe to house the
key for your guests. We can usually purchase one of these for around £30 maximum. Again, we can take this cost out of your first booking if it's more convenient.
What we need from you to get you started
- As many photos as possible of your Holiday Home. If you
don't have any, we can visit the property and take some photos for you.
- As many details of your property that you have: make, model,
year, berth, bedrooms, bathrooms etc.
- The lowest price you will take per booking, bearing in mind
there will be the 15% commission and changeover cleans to take off the price. We will offer discounted rates if we want to fill dates, last minute.
- Your bank details to transfer funds from bookings. This is
transferred to you within 7 days of the guests departure date.
- A contact number for you in case of

After we have all of your information, we will get your
caravan added to the website and Facebook page and start advertising dates for you.
